Unfortunately the owner of Route 66 informed us that he wanted to cut our fee by 40%. We feel that after filling his bar for the last 14 years we deserve better treatment and have therefore reluctantly decided to cease performing at Route 66 for the time being with immediate effect. Our apologies to those of you who are arriving in the next week or so who were looking forward to seeing us perform.

Please feel free to visit Route 66 and let them know your feelings. Should the owner come back with an improved offer we will consider returning. We will keep you informed if there are any changes.
