Hello from Old Dogs New TricksMore >
Old Dogs New Tricks aka Bob & Jill have become almost an institution here on sunny Tenerife, having been here for just over 12 years. As Tenerife's premier rock duo/band they have built up a large and loyal following of residents and tourists alike. Indeed many of their tourist fans now come back to Tenerife just to see them perform which is greatly appreciated by the band members.
Old Dogs New Tricks play popular songs ranging from the 50’s through to current chart material and covering many genres of music. They have around 250 songs in their current repertoire and are always looking for new/old material which appeals to both young and old.
They currently work at Route 66 in Puerto Santiago where they perform Sun, Tues & Thurs. from 8.30 pm until 11.30 pm; Highland Paddy in Los Gigantes every Wed from 10.30 p.m and Hotel Barcelo Santiago, Puerto Santiago in the theatre every Monday alternating between the normal 'old dogs' show and "Flower Power' each week. (see “Live Dates” for details). They are also regularly perform in The Plaza in Los Gigantes.
We are available for bars, hotels, clubs, private parties, weddings, charity events etc. anywhere in Europe. To avoid disappointment, as the say, please contact us us as soon as you can as it's becoming obvious there's a live band crisis in the UK by the number of enquiries we're getting for UK weddings next year and the following year and there's a limit to how many we can do due to commitments in Tenerife. Please contact Bob via e.mail - email@example.com
